Vertical Aerobics

Looking for a more enjoyable way to workout, get fit and lose weight? Jumping early in the morning works out the biggest muscles in the body and continues to burn calories all day. Jumping on a trampoline burns up to 1,000 calories per hour and accomplishes the same fitness objectives in about 30% of the time it takes to run or lift weights! Vertical Aerobics classes are held from 9:00 am - 10:00 am on Mondays, Wendesdays, and Fridays and then from 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
